OBOLNO (776 m)
The Obolno viewpoint is the highest peak in the municipality, from where you can see half of Slovenia. The hill could also be called an arch, a perimeter, as it separates from the rounded Dolenj land. Ideal cycling and hiking trails lead up and down to the viewpoint, and the top can also be reached by car.

KORINJSKI HILL or CIGANOV PEAK (731 m)
Korinjski hill is the second largest peak in the municipality. The paths to the top are carefully marked, from the Korinj-Krka road the destination is only about 20 minutes of steeper walking. At the top, you will be greeted by a wide vantage point on all sides, especially the dry landscape and the headwaters of the Krka, as well as a registration book and benches. Be sure to look for one of the many protruding stones that mark the highest point of the hill.
The Korinjski hill is strewn with various remains that reveal that people once lived here. At the end of Antiquity, during the migration of peoples, this area was most probably used by the Celts and Illyrians for their defense against the hordes of cavalry barbarians from the east, who were only interested in prey and slaves.

GRADIŠČE ABOVE STIČNA and Šentvid
Gradišče above Stična and Šentvid with Lavričevo koča is a typical excursion point near Ivančna Gorice, very popular for day recreation. At the top stands thechurch of St. Nicholas. Every year, quite a few events take place on the hill, among which the Chainsaw Sculptors Festival is somehow the most famous. From the hill there are views towards Ivančna Gorica and part of the Dolenjska and Notranjska hills.
